Very good condition. Image is lighter and brighter than the watercolor. Original rosewood frame, which has a few scuffs.
A photograph of this watercolor was the inside cover picture of the 1927 edition of A. J. Dawson’s Finn the Wolfhound, according to the previous owner. Apparently, there are other illustrations in that book by R. H. Buxton.
